Key Responsibilities
Database & Business Intelligence: Assist in database administration, writing structured SQL queries, data warehousing tasks, and creating analytical reports for departmental planning.
IT Infrastructure Support: Participate in network administration, server configuration, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting desktop or connectivity issues.
Web & Systems Development: Contribute to coding, debugging, updating, and documenting internal business systems and public-facing web applications.
Technical Documentation: Maintain precise technical logs, user guides, incident management reports, and operational compliance records.
User Support: Provide frontline helpdesk and deskside technical assistance to departmental staff while adhering to strict IT service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements
South African citizen with a valid ID document
Unemployed graduate who has never participated in any previous developmental or internship programme
Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or closely related IT field
Basic understanding of database management (SQL), IT infrastructure, networking fundamentals, or web development frameworks
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Willingness to commit to a 24-month fixed-term contract in Pretoria
